WHO WE ARE

KruxParts is a New Zealand-based online store selling automotive parts, accessories, and equipment, operated by EG Commerce Limited (NZBN: 9429053553911). We've been supplying quality aftermarket parts since 2022 — what began as a New Zealand-focused operation has grown over three years into an internationally shipping business. We now ship all orders directly from our New Zealand warehouse to customers across the United Kingdom.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays are processed the next business day.

Daily cutoff: 12:00 PM NZT

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZT on a business day → same-day processing
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM NZT, on weekends, or on public holidays → processed the next business day

Express shipping: Express orders are prioritised in the dispatch queue and packed before standard orders. This speeds up how fast your order leaves our New Zealand warehouse — courier transit time on the road remains the same.

  • Express order placed before 12:00 PM NZT → same-day dispatch
  • Express order placed after 12:00 PM NZT → first to dispatch the following business day

Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and search for emails from info@kruxparts.com.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

All times below are courier transit time after dispatch. Add 1–2 business days for handling from our New Zealand facility.

  • Remote areas, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and rural addresses may experience additional delays beyond the above estimates.
  • Customs inspections by UK Border Force can occasionally add further delays outside our control.
  • The courier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and carrier availability.
  • All orders include full end-to-end tracking.

Total estimated time from order to delivery (including processing):

  • Standard: approximately 5–14 days from order placement
  • Express: approximately 5–10 days from order placement

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, parcel dimensions, and chosen service (Standard or Express). The exact cost is displayed before you complete payment. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout where applicable.


IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

Your order ships internationally from New Zealand. When your parcel enters the United Kingdom, it may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other fees assessed by UK Border Force and HMRC.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. KruxParts does not collect, prepay, or reimburse these charges.
  • Current UK thresholds: Goods valued over GBP £135 may be subject to import duty. VAT is applicable on most goods entering the UK regardless of value. Customers should verify current rules at gov.uk/tax-on-shopping/buying-from-abroad.
  • We declare all shipments accurately and honestly — full declared value, correct product description, and country of origin (New Zealand). We are unable to alter, reduce, or misrepresent declared values under any circumstances.
  • If a parcel is refused or returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
  • Customs processing delays are outside our control. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by UK Border Force or any border inspection process.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order includes full tracking from our New Zealand warehouse to your door. Track your parcel:

Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email info@kruxparts.com with your order number.


POSSIBLE DELAYS

We aim to dispatch every order promptly, but some delays are outside our control. Delays can occur due to:

  • Customs or UK Border Force inspection
  • Courier backlogs during peak periods (Christmas, Boxing Day, public holidays)
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Remote or rural delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • Public holidays in New Zealand or the United Kingdom

We will proactively contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your specific order.


LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum delivery timeframe for your service (plus 5 additional business days), or if it arrives damaged, please email us at info@kruxparts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and delivery address
  • A description of the issue (not arrived, damaged on arrival, missing items, etc.)
  • Photos of any damage

We will open an investigation with the courier and work toward a resolution — replacement or suitable remedy — as promptly as possible.


YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please verify your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@kruxparts.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
